Questions we get asked

When does payment start?

Not until we’ve built your ad creative, configured your dashboard, and walked you through everything on a call. You see the full setup before the first invoice — and if it isn’t right, you walk away.

Do I need marketing experience?

No. Your ad accounts stay in your name so you own the data, but we do the work — creative, copy, targeting, optimization. Most of our pilot partners have never run a paid campaign before.

What counts as a “buildable project”?

A homeowner who submitted a real address, where the zoning, setbacks, and lot data confirm the project is feasible, and our scoring system rates it 70 or higher. Not a form fill — a project with substance.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

The pilot is 3 months with no automatic renewal. If the numbers aren’t working, you stop. We sit down together and look at why. Your Starter portal stays yours either way.
