Before you choose
Is the property pass recurring?
No. It is one payment for 30 days of unlimited property reports and does not auto-renew.
Is Pilot a paid plan?
No. Pilot is approval-based, temporary software access for active participants. It never converts to paid automatically.
Are advertising services included?
No. Founding and Pilot access cover Zoned software. Advertising, creative work, ad spend, and managed services require a separate written agreement.
Can I cancel a professional plan?
Yes. Professional plans renew monthly and can be cancelled in the billing portal, with access continuing through the paid period.
